Tkemali sauce may set a start to your discovery of Georgian cuisine. The main ingredient is a wild plum puree. Depending on a season, types of tkemali plums vary in colours, sweetness and flavour. We currently make red and yellow varieties. Other ingredients are coriander, garlic, Ombalo herb, peppers, salt and sometimes a pinch of sugar. To ensure consumer safety, we are required to use preserving agents which have been documented to be harmless. Wild plum is full of natural goodness, with effective antioxidant action and a range of micro and macro elements and is a low-calorie addition to your daily diet.

Apellation controlled, red dry wine is made of indigenous Saperavi grape variety harvested in Mukuzani micro zone. Wine is pomegranate- colored. On the palate the wine is extremely powerful, but very well balanced and elegant, with very fine, mellow tanins and a velvety texture that supports flavours of various berried, black plum and sweet spices. A perfect companion with meat and cheese assortments.
